The card details are sent in encrypted form. The encryption technology ensures a high level of security, which means it is safe.
Delivery.
We ship each order within 24 hours after we have received your order, during busy periods shipment may exceed this. If an order is not received within 14 days please contact Bear League customer service.
Delivery cost is individual corresponding to what country you want the items to be sent to. You can always see the exact delivery cost for you in your basket upon checkout. The cost is the same regardless of the size and weight of your parcel.
If you have a parcel that is undeliverable you will always receive a reminder. If a courier is unable to deliver a parcel after a few attempts, it will be sent back to us. If the failure is a result of a lack of required data from your side, we will then apply a charge of Euro 19.95 to cover the costs we have incurred in connection with the undeliverable parcel.
Returns Policy.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Returns received outside the above time frame may be accepted at the discretion of BearLeagueStore.com and can only be refunded as an online store credit.
BearLeagueStore.com will only accept returns on non-faulty items that are in their original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. We strongly advise all customers to check the items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags before disposing of any original packaging.
Refunds - When all requirements have been met, we will notify you and refund the entire cost of the returned item(s). Should you fail to meet any of these requirements, you will be notified and may have the possibility to have the merchandise returned to you. We are, however, not responsible for any additional shipping costs. Should you refuse to accept the returned merchandise, we reserve the right to keep the item and the corresponding amount that was paid.
A time frame of anywhere between 10-14 days should be calculated for the receipt of your returned merchandise and the return/refund process. The refund time frame depends on the credit card used. Please note that the refund will only be issued to the credit card used for the order. Normally credit appears within one to two months. In case the recipient of the product does not correspond with the buyer of the product, a credit will be refunded to the original buyer and credit card holder.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
Terms and conditions.
1. General
1.1. The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as "you") with BearLeagueStore.com
1.2. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the "Terms").
1.3. Please make sure you have read and understood the terms and conditions before placing your order.
1.4. We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on the website at the time you place your order.
1.5. Any court proceedings brought in relation to these Terms must be heard within Denmark.
2. Prices and delivery charges
2.1. The prices displayed at BearLeagueStore.com include the statutory Value Added Tax but do not include a delivery charge.
2.2. Delivery cost correspond to the country for which you want the items to be sent to. You can always see exact delivery cost for you in your basket upon checkout. The cost is the same regardless of the size and weight of your parcel. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries.
3. Ordering / conclusion of contract
3.1. Only persons over eighteen years of age can place an order.
3.2. Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. We will not make any withdrawals before we dispatch the items.
4. Delivery
4.1. BearLeagueStore.com exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavour to deliver your order to an address anywhere in the EU
4.2. BearLeagueStore.com endeavours to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. We aim to ship within 24 hours on working days following confirmation of an order.
4.3. If you have a parcel that is undeliverable you will always receive a reminder. If a courier is unable to deliver a parcel after a few attempts, it will be sent back to us. If the failure is a result of a lack of required data from your side, we will then apply a charge of Euro 19.95 to cover the costs we have incurred in connection with the undeliverable parcel. 4.4. All deliveries are DDU where apliable (Delivery Duty Unpaid).
5. Distance Selling Regulations
5.1. Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a "cooling off" period of seven working days (beginning the day after confirmation of your order) to cancel your order and receive a full refund, including delivery costs.
5.2. If you wish to cancel your order please provide us with notice in writing either by post [Bear League Customer Service, Marselisborg Havnevej 32, 2. 8000 Århus C, Denmark], or by email [customerservice@bearleaguestore.com], in each case within the seven days cooling off period. Please then return the item as set out in section 6 below and we will provide a full refund to your account or to the card used to purchase the item (or, if the item has not yet been paid for, reflect the return of the item in your account balance) within 30 days of receiving your notice of cancellation.
6. Returns Guarantee
6.1 In addition to the cooling off period under the Distance Selling Regulations, we offer our own returns guarantee. If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with any item(s), Bear League guarantees to refund (or if you prefer, replace) any such item(s), provided that all items have been kept in reasonable condition prior to their return. In particular, this means the item(s) must not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered and that any labels or tags are still intact. To take advantage of our returns guarantee, simply return the item in its original packaging to us in good condition within 14 days of receipt.
6.2 In some countries, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label. Just peel off the label, stick it to the parcel containing the items to be returned and send via post within the 14 day return period.
6.3 Where the Distance Selling Regulations described in section 5 above do not apply, we charge a returns fee of Euro 19.95 per delivery in order to cover the costs of re-stocking the unwanted item(s).
6.4 A full refund will be provided within 30 days of us receiving your returned item(s) (excluding the delivery cost and the return fee described above). If payment was made using a valid credit or debit card, we will credit the refund to the card used to make the purchase. If payment was due to be made after delivery we will ensure that the return of the item is reflected in your account balance.
7. Payment methods
Please note that Bearleaguestore.com do not accept cash/cheques.
7.1. You can enter your payment details at the time you place your order using a valid credit or debit card (Mastercard, VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro, JCB, American Express, Dankort). Payment will not be taken from your card until the goods are despatched.
7.2. Bear League reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, its credit status in relation to the order value and whether the address data of the purchaser is correct. We may refuse orders depending on the result of the checks.
8. Our Liability
8.1. Nothing in this section 8 shall limit Bear League´s liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence or for fraud.
8.2. If we breach these Terms, we shall only be liable for losses that are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of such breach. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and Bear League at the time you placed your order.
8.3. Bear League is not responsible for:
indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not reasonably foreseeable by you and us at the time you placed your order, for example loss of profits of loss of opportunity; or
failure to deliver the goods or to meet any of our other obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to an event that is beyond our reasonable control, which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident, terrorist activity and acts of God.
8.4. Our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with this Agreement shall be limited to the total price of your order.
8.5. Nothing in these Terms is intended to affect your statutory rights.
9. Protection of privacy
9.1. The Data Protection Act 1998 sets out requirements for how we store and disclose your personal information. Bear League assumes responsibility for all personal information that you make available to us. The details are used for verifying, accepting and processing delivery agreements and for managing the customer relationship thereby arising, pursuing outstanding payments, combating fraud and misuse and complying with statutory regulations. The information is also used with your consent for Bear Leagues marketing activities.
9.2 Bear Leagues handling of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data. Bear League is responsible for the handling of personal data on the website. Bear League has initiated a series of technical and organisational measures to prevent personal data handled on the website from being intentionally or illegally destroyed, lost, or damaged and from coming into the hands of unauthorised third parties.
9.3 Bear League keeps all received information about the users confidential and under no circumstances transfers such information to third parties. Bear League does not use this information for marketing purposes, including sending emails with advertising content, unless the user has accepted such use.

10. Colours
If there are colour differences between the colours shown on the website on your computer and the actual colours of the items, this may be due to the colour reproduction on your computer.
10. Guarantee
If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, Bear League abides by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please let us know by returning the goods to us with the provided pre-paid label.
11. Assignment
Bear League reserves the right to assign any claims for payment that are due and have arisen in connection with goods deliveries, including any payment instalments and charges due, to third parties. Bear League also reserves the right to pledge any due claims of the above type to third parties.
12. Severance
If any part of these Terms is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other part of the Terms shall continue to apply.
13. Ownership of rights
All rights, including copyrights at Bear League and BearLeaguestore.com remain with Bear League Aps and its subsidiaries. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Bear League.
